getpipeway.com exists to share the free Sales Activity Tracker, tell you about the Pipeway app, and collect signups for the launch list. Using the site means you accept these terms.

The free materials

The Sales Activity Tracker and related materials are free for your personal use in your own sales work. Share the website link with anyone; please don't resell the materials or strip the attribution and pass them off as your own.

No guarantees

The tracker and the content on this site describe what worked for one rep (me) and the reasoning behind it. Sales results depend on your effort, your market, and your territory — nothing here is a promise of income or quota attainment. The site and materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

The Pipeway app

The Pipeway mobile app has its own terms of service, presented in the app. Subscriptions, billing, and app functionality are governed by those terms, not these.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipeway's liability arising out of your use of this website or the free materials is limited to the amount you paid for them — which is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows (for example, when the app launches). The date above always reflects the current version.
